BOOKING
A non refundable fee is required to book all appointments. Your booking fee goes towards the remaining balance unless there is a highly discounted price for your service, then you will be require to leave a fee to reserve a time slot. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to all policies.
BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE
Any cancellations / reschedule with less than
48 hours of notice are subject to pay 50% of scheduled service. Same day cancellations are subject to pay 100% of service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification (NO SHOW) will be charged 100% for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an βon callβ status and can have travelled to the salon specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to all policies. ONLY 1 RESCHEDULE PERMITTED, ANY ADDITIONAL RESCHEDULING WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT AND A NEW BOOKING/DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED
LATE POLICY
We have a 10 minute late policy. Please let us know if you will Be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, being 10+ min late may result in the Forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. If you are a no show, you will Forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay the full amount of the procedure in order to rebook.
REFUND POLICY
Services:
We do NOT issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon within 3 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the artist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Jewels Inkpire will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you.
Tattoo designs:
Once our artist has you booked in our agenda and your tattoo design has been drawn up, there will be NO REFUNDS. For booking fees.
The booking fee reserved is to cover the time and cost of our tattoo artist for their artwork incase of a cancellation or no show, please respect our artist time as they are very busy with drawing up other customers designs. Tattoos are drawn up in the order in which the appointment has been booked, you will recieve a rough draft of the design 1 day prior to your tattoo appointment .
Items :
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply due to being unwanted or a change of mind. However, in the unlikely event you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you upon return of the product(s). If you do receive a damaged or faulty product you must notify us within the 14 day period starting from the date you received your order.
